Job Description

1. Independently handle discovery and design.
2. Business process understanding and conversion into solutions on Salesforce.com
3. Planning, evaluation, design, development, implementation, operation and control for implementation /applications in the Commercial space.
4. Lead and coordinate global matrix project teams, execute plans, and enable business process re-engineering.
5. Manage team, client interaction, project profitability and timely delivery. 6. Identify critical path decisions, make recommendations and influence program leaders and business process owners to maximize project payback
7. Apply and follow project management tools and Quality methodologies
8. Ensure completion of tasks, milestones, and components including but not limited to: functional specifications, design specifications, development, configurations, quality assurance, implementations and tollgate reviews
9. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Required Skill Set

1. 2-3 Years Working Experience in Force.com developer toolkit - Apex, VisualForce, Force.com IDE, force.com
migration tools, WebServices/SOA & Metadata API's
2. 1 years+ experience in SQL and RDMS
3. 2 years+ experience in Java and/or J2EE
4. Desirable to have completed "Salesforce.com Certified Developer" and "Salesforce.com Advanced Certified Developer" Certification

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for development and support of Salesforce.com applications
2. Responsible for Configuration and Customization of Salesforce.com
3. Develop and Unit Test Apex classes
4. Advanced Administration including triggers, S-Controls, Workflow, Validation rules etc.
5. Work closely with business analysts regarding enhancements and bug fixes.

1. B. Tech/ B.Sc (Computers)/ MCA
2. Minimum 1 year experience in Manual Testing; Automoation; Performance Testing Tool
3. Must have worked on Salesforce

Responsibilities:

1. Analyzing the requirements & preparing test documentation for the same. 
2. Understanding the Functional Design, Technical specification& business functionality of the application.

4. Ensure timely project deliveries as per release plan
5. Involve in interaction with internal & external stakeholders
